The story
Compass Print Co. has been on Greenpoint Avenue since 1979. Per the LoopNet listing, the current owners are retiring and have placed the storefront and equipment for sale, citing no family successor.
The shop employs four people, runs a Heidelberg press from 1984 that the staff describe as "in love with us back," and prints for several local design studios, two zine publishers, and the parish bulletin three blocks down.
